Does the platform only work with IoTize devices?

Yes. The platform is built to work with IoTize devices. Every Affordable, Enterprise and Custom Series device connects out of the box, with no integration work.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Export is available on every plan and every deployment option. Your data is yours.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Selected devices store readings locally and send them with their original timestamps when the connection returns, so your history stays complete.

Do devices update automatically?

Selected devices receive firmware updates over the air. The platform is updated centrally, with nothing for you to install.

Can you build a custom dashboard for us?

Yes. Custom dashboards are quoted as a one-time build on top of your subscription.

Can we run the platform on our own servers?

Yes. For larger deployments the platform can run on servers in your facility or in your private cloud, under licence.

How are alerts delivered?

You set the high and low limits, and the platform sends an email notification when a value crosses them.

Can it grow from one machine to a whole plant?

Can I connect the platform to our existing systems?
